Concerning Governor DeWine’s March 22, 2020 order, we wanted to inform you that Barberton Tree Service, Inc. will remain OPEN for business. Due to the nature of our industry, and our duty to provide preventative and emergency services to our customers, our EPA regulated recycle center will remain open and operational for any urgent situation you may have at this time. We will be available to support you in any way that we can! In addition, we have given our employees the option to work from home or to take a leave of absence without penalty during this time.
This isn’t the first storm Barberton Tree Service, its employees, and customers have faced. Thank you for your continued support and we will get through this together.

What safe practices has BTS instituted?
We want to assure you that as a company BTS is doing the utmost to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health, safety, and welfare of our clients, our employees, and the community. This includes daily temperature readings of all our employees, strict handwashing procedures, and maintaining a social distance of at least 6 feet at all times.
To further assist with these safety measures, we are asking for your cooperation by taking the following precautions in the event you would require our services:
Before your call, if possible please mark the tree in question with a ribbon or other means.
Our salesperson(s) and crew members will not approach your door or come into your house. You may communicate with them at a social distance of 6 feet or more, phone call, or via any other means of communication deemed appropriate.
Barberton Tree Service provides essential services for storm clean-up/disaster response and is responsible for ensuring public safety through tree risk evaluation and preservation. We also operate an EPA regulated recycle center which must remain open for any urgent situations you may encounter.
